One of the biggest commercial rap breakouts of the late aughts and early 2010s was that of Waka Flocka Flame, an Atlanta-based artist who crashed the Top 20 of the Billboard R&B/hip-hop chart with "O Let's Do It" (2009), a boisterous collaboration with producer L-Don Beatz. That hit led to Flockaveli (2010), a Top Ten album armed with "Hard in da Paint" and "No Hands," similarly rowdy and memorable hits that were quickly RIAA-certified. After releasing Ferrari Boyz (2011), a duo album with the supportive Gucci Mane, Waka Flocka followed up with a second Top Ten LP, Triple F Life: Friends, Fans, and Family (2012). Since then, he has multiplied his number of intermediate mixtape releases -- including a stylistic if no less hedonistic diversion into EDM -- as his fans have yearned for the promised proper sequel to Flockaveli.

Party-starting Australian sibling duo Stafford Brothers spin crowd-pleasing electronic floor-shakers that echo acts like Cash Cashthe KnocksMajor Lazer, and Tommy Trash. Debuting in the early 2010s, the pair took their club-friendly house anthems across the world, from Australia through Europe and to Los Angeles. In between, they starred in their own reality television show, taking fans along for their wild international antics.

Chris and Matt Stafford hail from the Gold Coast and began releasing music in the early 2010s. Attention garnered from singles "Pressure" with MDPC and "I Gave You Everything" with Juan Kidd and Rae resulted in signing with American rap label Cash Money Records in 2012. Their first single for the label was "Hello" with Lil Wayne and Christina Milian. Despite the success of the track -- it went triple platinum in Australia -- the Staffords soon parted ways with Cash Money. In 2013, they issued the cavernous "Are You Ready" and the booming "Wicked Child" with Jason Herd and Sherry St. Germain. They continued to release one-off singles over the following years, such as "This Girl" with Eva Simons and T.I. and "When You Feel This" with Jay Sean and Rick Ross in 2014; "Rasta Jump" with Joe Ghost and Bunji Garlin in 2016; and "The Money" with Waka Flocka Flame in 2018. Meanwhile, they maintained a pair of radio shows in both Australia and the United States.
